Invitation for Bids for CATERING, HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY SERVICES

I. Project Overview  

1. Project Name: CATERING, HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY SERVICES 

2. Scope of Work: CATERING, HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY SERVICES)For Daqing Saudi Arabia LTD.(DQSA) 7 rigs  ( DQ046\DQ047\DQ048\DQ049\DQ050\DQ057\DQ058)

3. Project Location: Khurais Complex, Abqaiq, Ghawar and Central Arabia Oil Fields in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia  

4. Service Period:  20250901-20260831

II. Technical Requirements  

1. The bidder is currently executing or has prior experience in providing catering and logistical support services for drilling rigs.

2. The bidder shall provide a complete staffing plan for the execution of this project, including a detailed mobilization schedule.

3. The bidder must possess the qualifications to train its support service team, including but not limited to certifications for H2S, Baladiya, and MOH; and shall conduct regular training to ensure all team certifications remain valid.

III. Bidder Qualification Requirements  

(A) Basic Qualifications  

1. Independent legal entity with general taxpayer status.  

2. A valid CR covering the scope of CATERING 、HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY support services.  

(B) Professional Qualifications  

1. The bidder is required to pass Aramco’s qualification pre-assessment and be granted access to Aramco’s approved vendor list.  

(C) Other Requirements  

1. Joint bids are not accepted.  

IV. Pre-Qualification  

1. Application Period: May 19–23, 2025 (Saudi time, deadline: 24:00).  

2. Required Documents:  

   - CR 

   - VAT Registration Certificate,\ GAZT,\GOSI,\Saudization Certificate,

   - Owner / Legal / Representative person Details (Saudi ID/Iqama) in line with CR (The person responsible for signing any potential contract; cannot be changed once confirmed),

   - Contact Person ID (Saudi ID/Iqama),

   - Aramco approval letter indicating your Aramco Vendor no.,

V. Bidding Process  

If fewer than 3 qualified bidders apply, the process will proceed upon approval from higher authorities. If more than 3 qualified bidders apply, the bid documents will be issued via email.  

VI. Important Notes  

This tender is subject to Chinese and Saudi laws. The bid issuer reserves the right to cancel or re-initiate the bidding process.
