Invitation for Bids for Temporary Equipment Extension Service Tender

1.The bidder shall comply with all permits and permit conditions related to the work. The bidder guarantees that it will respect and follow the laws, traditions, customs and practices in the field of operation where applicable.

2. The bidder shall assume all service-related responsibilities to complete the approval process required for the service.

3. The bidder shall pay all reasonable fees required by the government in advance, and then the bidder shall submit the invoice to the tenderer through the government receipt.

4. The bidder shall notify the tenderer of the application status of the extension service every day.

5. In the project of delayed service, the bidder shall meet any reasonable requirements of the tenderer.

6. The bidder shall complete the service within 30 days. If the bidder fails to complete the service within the deadline specified in the contract, the tenderer will deduct 5% from the total amount of the contract as the corresponding late payment fee.

7. If a fine is caused by the negligent behavior of the bidder, the bidder shall be responsible, and the bidder shall bear the relative losses of both parties.

III. Qualification requirements for bidders

(I) Basic qualifications

1. Independent legal person

2. Business license within the validity period

3. No major illegal record in the past two years (documents are required)

4. Financial status in the past two years (audit report is required)

(II) Professional qualification requirements

1. Experience in equipment extension in Iraq (contract proof is required)

(III) Other requirements

1. Joint venture bids are not accepted

2. Have a US dollar account (provide bank account proof)

IV. Prequalification

1. Registration time: June 26 to June 30, 2025 24:00 (Beijing time)

2. Registration materials:

1) Business license

2) US dollar account proof document

3) Legal person certificate

4) No major illegal record in the past three years (or a letter of commitment is required)

5) Audit report in the past two years;

6) Production material quality commitment letter (including whether there is a violation record, etc., the format is self-written)

V. Rules and Procedures

If there are less than 3 qualified bidders, the process will be continued after approval by the superior. If there are more than 3 qualified bidders, the tenderer will issue the tender documents by email

This tender is subject to Chinese laws and local Iraqi laws and regulations. The tenderer reserves the right to cancel or re-tender.
