Invitation for Bids for Centralized Procurement of Production Materials

1. Bidders must provide materials that meet the requirements of the tender procurement list.

2. Bidders must provide production materials with good quality, good price and short delivery cycle.

3. Bidders must ensure that the shelf life of production materials is at least 12 months. When there is a problem with the materials, the tenderer has the right to refuse to pay for the problematic materials.

4. The bidder shall deliver all materials to the designated location within the promised time (deliver production materials to the on-site well team every month in accordance with the requirements of the Halfaya project).
